Privacy Policy
BiteBrightly operates this website and serves as the data controller for your personal information.
This Privacy Policy has been established to explain how BiteBrightly collects and processes information, and to clarify why certain personal data must be gathered. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy thoroughly before engaging with the BiteBrightly website.
Your personal data security is our priority, and we are committed to maintaining its confidentiality and protection.
Personal Information We Collect
During your visit to BiteBrightly, certain information about your device is automatically gathered, including details about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device. As you navigate our Site, we also collect data regarding the specific pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that directed you here, and your interaction patterns with our Site. This automatically gathered information is referred to as "Device Information." Furthermore, when you register or interact with certain features, we may collect personal details you voluntarily provide (such as your name, surname, address, payment details, etc.) to fulfill our service agreements.
Why We Process Your Data
Customer data security remains our highest priority. Consequently, we process only the minimum amount of user data absolutely essential for website maintenance and functionality. Automatically collected information serves exclusively to identify potential misuse and to generate statistical insights about website traffic and usage. These statistics are compiled in a manner that prevents identification of any individual user.
You may browse our website anonymously without disclosing your identity or any personally identifiable information. However, if you wish to access specific website features, subscribe to our newsletter, or submit information through our forms, you may need to provide personal data such as your email address, first and last name, city of residence, organization, or telephone number. While providing this information is optional, declining to do so may limit your access to certain website features. For instance, you would be unable to receive our Newsletter or contact us directly through the website. If you're unsure which information is required, please reach out to us via our contact form.

We recommend remaining vigilant when navigating away from our website and reviewing the privacy policies of any external sites that may collect personal information.
Information Security
Personal information you provide is stored on secure computer servers within controlled environments, safeguarded against unauthorized access, usage, or disclosure. Shop Purchases, Free Downloads & Email
Our digital products — both paid and free — are sold and delivered through Payhip, our shop platform. Here's what happens with your information when you use the BiteBrightly shop:
When you buy a product, Payhip collects the details needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, and payment information. Payments are processed securely by Payhip's payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe) — BiteBrightly never sees or stores your card or payment details. Your email address is used to deliver your download and your receipt.
When you claim a free download, Payhip collects your email address so your download can be delivered to you. Free downloads work like orders, just with a price of zero.
Joining our email list. During checkout you may be given the option to join the BiteBrightly mailing list. If you opt in, we'll send you occasional emails with practical nutrition and wellness tips, recipes, new tools, and updates about our products. We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link — you can leave the list at any time, no questions asked, and unsubscribing does not affect access to anything you've already downloaded or purchased.
What we never do. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or personal information to anyone. We use your details only to deliver what you've requested and, if you've opted in, to stay in touch.
Third-party policies. Payhip and its payment providers handle your information under their own privacy policies, which apply alongside this one. You can read Payhip's privacy policy on their website at payhip.com.
Your rights. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you on our mailing list, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Just contact us at [your contact email] and we'll take care of it.
The Symptom & Inflammation Tracker
We designed our free Symptom & Inflammation Tracker to be private by default — and we want to be clear about exactly what that means:
Nothing you type is sent to us. Your entries — dates, symptoms, severity, signs, and notes — are saved only in your own web browser, on your own device, using your browser's local storage. They never travel to our website, our servers, or any third party.
We cannot see, access, or recover your entries. Because your data never reaches us, we hold no copy of it. If you clear your browser data, use private/incognito mode, or switch devices, your entries will not be available — which is why the tool includes download and print options for keeping your own backup.
No account, no tracking of your health data. The tracker requires no sign-up, and we do not connect your entries to your name, email address, or any other information about you.
If you choose to download our free printable tracker or purchase a product through our shop, those transactions are handled by Payhip, and the details you provide there (such as your email address) are covered by the relevant sections of this Privacy Policy and Payhip's own privacy policy.
If you have any questions about how the tracker handles your information, contact us
